Our client are a leading construction firm specializing in innovative residential projects. With a commitment to quality and sustainability, we are embarking on an exciting new build project featuring reinforced concrete (RC) frame construction. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Director to lead this significant venture and drive it to successful completion.
Position Overview:
As the Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial planning through to completion. You will lead a dedicated team, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless flow from design to delivery.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
