Our Creative Solutions team sits at the heart of our business — developing bespoke branded content, integrated campaigns, and innovative storytelling across print, and digital platforms.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic, highly organised Creative Project Manager to join our Creative Solutions team on a 7-month contract. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of branded content campaigns and special projects across multiple channels, ensuring exceptional execution and client satisfaction.

This role is ideal for someone with strong project management skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for storytelling and travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of multi-platform creative campaigns (print, digital, video, social, experiential)
  • Act as the central point of contact between clients, creative teams, sales, production, and external suppliers
  • Scope project requirements, develop timelines, assign resources, and track progress against milestones
  • Ensure all deliverables meet brand and editorial standards, are on time, and stay within budget
  • Write or contribute to creative briefs, pitches, and campaign wrap-ups
  • Monitor campaign performance (where applicable) and compile post-campaign reports
  • Support the wider Creative Solutions team in developing innovative ideas for content partnerships and branded storytelling
  • Champion process improvements that streamline workflow and enhance quality

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management within a creative, media, advertising, or content agency
  • Proven track record managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, from brief to delivery
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail
  • Comfortable working with creatives, editors, and commercial teams
  • Familiarity with content production workflows across print and digital
  • Knowledge of tools such as Monday.com, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Workspace a plus
  • A genuine interest in travel, storytelling, and brand communications
