What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take ownership of the night warehouse function, leading your team to meet and exceed KPIs while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency:
- Lead Performance : Manage productivity, cost control, and performance against key operational KPIs.
- Team Leadership : Develop and motivate Team Managers and their teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
- Resource Planning : Ensure the night shift is always properly resourced, balancing daily operational needs with long-term plans.
- Drive Standards : Maintain customer satisfaction, quality, and safety standards across all functions of the warehouse.
- Continuous Improvement : Implement new ideas, optimise processes, and ensure the warehouse runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Engage & Collaborate : Create a culture of engagement, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive results.
