Warranty Telesales Advisor required for a Used Car Supermarket. Salary £20,280 Per Annum + Commission with an OTE of £30,000. WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE 30 hours per week (Monday-Saturday).
We are looking for a motivated, self-disciplined Telesales Advisor to join our home-based team, focused on selling vehicle warranties to customers who didn’t purchase an extended warranty at point of sale.
Responsibilities:- Outbound calling to offer extended vehicle warranties
- Sell policies on either a monthly rolling subscription or 1–2 year Gold cover policy
- Promote a comprehensive warranty that covers parts, labour, VAT, and mechanical/electrical failures
- Provide flexible solutions, allowing customers to use local approved repairers
- Hit monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service
- Experience in telesales or outbound call environments
- Knowledge of the motor industry and vehicle warranty sales
- Strong communicator with a customer-first approach
- Motivated, organised, and able to work independently from home
- Target-driven mindset with a focus on delivering results
Although Work From Home is available for this role, it would be preferable that candidates live within a reasonable commute of Hinckley for training purposes.
