Reports To: Head of Merchandising, Workwear Director of Finance
Head Office is in Shafton Near Barnsley, South Yorkshire. However, much of the work will be expected to be done at home. The expectation is that a maximum of two days per week would be required at Head Office, visiting clients.
POSITION PURPOSE/OVERVIEW:
THE ROLE:
To be part of an energetic team providing the base for rapid growth in our work uniforms business that currently provides a number of organisations with work uniforms. The Company now wishes to significantly grow the business in the UK across the spectrum of businesses that require clothing and PPE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop the customer base using the existing database and new openings developed by the new innovative direction of the company.
- Involvement in developing marketing materials and products.
- Develop Social Media outlets.
- Liaise effectively with key members of delivery and dispatch staff.
- Be proactive in the range and offer to all potential customers.
Key Measures of Success:
- Match closely or exceed planning forecast sales.
- Develop an active customer record system.
- Liaise effectively with staff from the sportswear, embellishment and law divisions.

Qualifications:

- Computer and social media able.
- Excellent communication skills written and oral.
- Ability to communicate directly with customer senior staff.

- Experience of acquiring customer accounts and comfortable in liaising regularly with them building up a strong customer supplier relationship.
