A global food manufacturing business is recruiting an experienced Technical Food Safety Manager in Buckinghamshire. This role will focus on setting and achieving the highest standards for technical food safety and product quality and will ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements across their UK sites.
Whatβs on Offer:
- Up to Β£70,000 + 5% bonus
- 25 days holidays + bank holidays (opportunity to buy up to 3 more)
- 7.5% pension

- Monday β Friday 8:30am-5pm
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve food safety, quality, and hygiene standards (BRCGS, HACCP, GMP)
- Prepare for and lead internal and external food safety audits.
- Lead and manage the technical food safety team for their UK sites
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Procurement) on food safety initiatives.
- Ensure continuous improvement ethos is embedded into the technical and quality department.
Background Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in senior technical management/food safety roles
- Experience working with major retailers
- HACCP/Food Safety Level 4
- Food science degree qualified
- BRC Lead Auditor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
