Are you an immediately available Administrator ready for your next challenge? We're working with a leading Tier 1 Main Contractor to find a Procurement Administrator for a 4-6 month contract position based out of the head office. An immediate start preferred with interviews taking place next week.

Duties:
- Maintain and update internal databases and procurement records accurately.
- Manage and file documentation including purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
- Support with general office administration including correspondence, scheduling, and filing.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient communication and coordination.
- Raise and process purchase orders for HQ consumables, office supplies, and IT hardware.
- Source and liaise with approved suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and ensure timely deliveries.
- Track and monitor order statuses, deliveries, and resolve any supply issues or discrepancies.
- Work with the IT department to ensure timely procurement of equipment aligned with business needs.
- Assist in reviewing supplier performance and maintaining supplier records.
Systems and Training:
- Utilize the COINS system for procurement tasks
- Support in maintaining accurate system records and generating relevant reports as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Exposure to procurement or purchasing duties is desirable but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
