About the Role
Are you a recruiter who thrives on finding top talent, building great candidate relationships, and filling roles fast—but doesn’t want to chase cold leads or make endless sales calls? At Employal, we are growing, and looking for a 180 Recruitment Consultant to join us!
You will be handed live vacancies across office & professional, sales, finance, marketing and specialist sectors, sourcing, screening, and matching high-quality candidates to excellent roles. This is a perfect role for someone who loves the recruitment craft and wants to focus entirely on delivering results.
The role
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for live roles using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, and referrals
- Manage the candidate journey from application through to placement
- Build and maintain a strong, engaged candidate network
- Write and post engaging job adverts
- Work closely with sales to understand role requirements and deliver shortlist-ready talent
- Arrange interviews, gather feedback, and support offer management and onboarding
The candidate
- Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience (agency or in-house) with a focus on delivery or candidate management is essential
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Great communication and relationship-building abilities
- Organised, proactive, and target-driven
- Happy to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
- Comfortable working hybrid and managing your own time effectively
