Your new company You will work for a global leading business based in Nottinghamshire. They started as a family run business over 80 years ago and have grown rapidly since, being bought out by large corporates. They program management, project management, building surveying, quantity surveying, and CDM. They work across multiple sectors such as retail, commercial, public sector, infrastructure, residential and many more! The office is Nottinghamshire hosts nearly 100 people, and offers a modern and dynamic workplace. Your new role You will work as an Associate in the office, working with the Director of Building Surveying managing the team, as well as leading clients for their surveying work. You will manage clients across the region, and ensure work is carried out to agreed timelines and budgets. You will complete both professional work and project work within the team, as well as managing a team of Surveyors, ranging from Assistant to Senior level. What you’ll need to succeed You will have a degree or equivalent in a building surveying related field, as well as experience in building surveying. You will be keen to be in a leadership role, and progress within a leading business. You will ideally be MRICS qualified and work in a hybrid model, to help support a team in the office.
