Are you a motivated and experienced retail manager ready to lead a busy charity shop to success? We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a vibrant retail store, delivering great service and driving sales – all while supporting a meaningful cause.

About the role:

As Store Manager, you’ll lead a team of staff and volunteers, creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for customers. You’ll be responsible for maximising sales, managing stock, and ensuring the smooth and safe running of the shop. Key Responsibilities:
