C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a private equity firm, located in Central London. A fantastic opportunity for a driven Executive Assistant to support 2 Managing Partners, in a very fast paced and dynamic environment.

Position: Executive Assistant

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum

Hybrid setup: 5 days in the office

Benefits: Competitive package with discretionary bonus

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position:

  • Provide extensive diary management to MD and Investor Relations team.
  • Organising extensive and complex global travel with accommodation and all other logistics
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings, including working closely with the investor relations team to co-ordinate complex meetings, speaking engagements and board attendance.
  • Board co-ordination – attending and scheduling meetings
  • Relationship Management – cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investor meetings and events, ensuring exceptional service and hospitality.
  • Document preparation: producing, formatting and typing documents.
  • Project co-ordination -keeping track of timelines, milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates, and addressing any issues or concerns proactively.
  • Supporting the wider team with events
