My client, a reputable manufacturing company, is on the search for an experienced Office Coordinator to join their fast-paced, yet exciting team, to work closely with all departments, providing essential administrative support while also managing the front-of-house reception area. This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who thrives in a demanding environment and enjoys a varied workload. Therefore, ideally the right candidate must be lively, enthusiastic, adaptable to changing situations, and able to think on their feet quickly.

This is a full-time, permanent position, with hours consisting of Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm, and a 9am to 3pm finish on a Friday.

Duties include:

  • Full admin and PA support for the Operations Manager
  • Handle all forms of business correspondence, including telephone inquiries, email communication, mail distribution, and package coordination.
  • Schedule and organise meetings, as well as arranging room booking and catering services when required.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data across multiple team databases, supporting cross-functional information management.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, including stationery and audio-visual equipment, to maintain efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Arranging internal events, colleagues' birthdays, as well as supporting to organise events within the business unit.
