THE ROLE
As a Merchandise Assistant, you’ll be part of a fast-paced, friendly team making sure the right products arrive at the right time. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the full product journey – from initial orders to final delivery – while learning from some of the best in the business.
- Assisting with purchase and sales order processing
- Liaising with suppliers to track approvals and timelines
- Supporting communication with high-street retailers
- Helping to coordinate product samples, packaging, and deliveries
- Working closely with the design, buying, and distribution teams
- Learning how to manage critical paths and merchandise systems
- Supporting the Merchandiser and wider team on key projects
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- A degree in fashion, textiles, or a related subject
- Great organisation and time management
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- A good eye for detail and a genuine interest in the industry
- IT confident – especially with Microsoft Excel
