Job Title: Partners £1m+ practices (all practice areas)
Salary: £800,000+
PQE Level: Partner
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
Our client, a leading platform/fee sharing firm, has had remarkable success in bringing in partners with £1m+ practices from leading City, Global and US law firms. This concentration of talent is allowing these partners to win larger clients and mandates because clients see them as equivalent to the large City firms they normally instruct but with increased pricing flexibility.
These big hitting partners are attracted by the high take home pay, the freedom to genuinely run and build their practice, the extensive marketing support, support with recruiting associates/in-house associate talent resource, and the chance to still be working alongside other high profile partners thus having all the advantages of traditional private practice without the numerous drawbacks.
