What You’ll Do:
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers, guiding on policies, people processes, and organisational change.
- Drive employee engagement and support complex employee relations cases with fairness and care.
- Partner with our Talent, Reward, and HR Operations teams to deliver on learning, development, performance, and reward agendas.
- Help implement strategies that enhance performance and employee experience.
- Champion DEI and contribute to building a collaborative, inclusive workplace.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced generalist HR Business Partners within a matrixed or fast-paced environment.
- A strong grasp of UK employment law and best practice HR approaches.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent experience).
