We’re partnering with one of the UK’s fastest-growing online platforms, a business that processes over hundreds of thousands of orders a month. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a Functional Consultant / Business Systems Analyst to act as the go-to expert for operational technology in their operations centre.

What You'll Do:- Support critical systems across ERP (Dynamics 365 Business Central), WMS, robotic automation, courier integrations, and in-house tech
- Triage and resolve incidents, monitor system performance, and escalate issues with clear replication steps
- Coordinate software releases and patches — including testing and user support during go-lives
- Bridge the gap between tech and warehouse teams — translating operational issues into technical actions
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, proposing long-term fixes, and helping shape product direction
- Create documentation and deliver hands-on training to users across the pharmacy operation
- Strong experience supporting ERP, WMS, or automation systems in e-commerce, pharmacy, or manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (admin/config/troubleshooting)
- Strong incident management and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience working closely with development, product, or QA teams
- A methodical, solution-focused mindset — comfortable juggling tech, ops, and training
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Robotic automation tools (e.g., Robopharma or equivalent)
