Team Leader (Underwriting) Location Dudley – Hybrid Working (2 days in the office) Salary – Up to £45,000 The Opportunity I’m working with a forward thinking and dynamic Insurance company looking for a Team leader with proven people management skills to develop their underwriting team. As Team Leader, you’ll inspire and guide a high-performing team of Underwriters while playing a crucial role in shaping our operational excellence. This is more than just a management position – it’s an opportunity to drive innovation and make a real impact on our business. You don’t need to be a Underwriter yourself but experience managing a team and a basic understanding of underwriting is a must.
