Location: London Start date: As soon as possible Duration: 12 months Job Summary: To directly support the Events team with a wide range of projects related to day to-day event operations and planning, including internal events, customer events and trade shows. This role will focus in supporting the team with the creation of registration websites, event pages, attendee management and reporting. Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Events Management Software | Scope: HQ & Basins Website design and creation for internal and external events Registration site development and management Attendees management, including reporting, data bases and custom information Invitations, calendar meetings and emailing – Propose calendar of communications, content and design. Trainings for new users Knowledge of Cvent software preferred Events support | Scope: HQ On-site support for events Transportation management for attendees Registration site, reporting, database management Registration on-site Overall support at events Event support for additional events requested by local teams Required skills: Organized Independent work Results focused Creative Customer focused to achieve results and support other areas. Tech savvy. Requires fast learning of software for implementation and training for other users. Preferred knowledge of communications CVENT software knowledge A valid right to work status in the UK is required for the whole duration of this assignment.
