Dispatch Coordinator 📍 Location: Evesham 💷 Pay Rate: £13.10 – £13.63 per hour 🕗 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (some flexibility required) 📄 Contract: Temp to Perm A well-established food production and distribution company in Evesham is looking for an organised and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone with logistics or warehouse coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Coordinating daily outbound deliveries and preparing all dispatch paperwork Liaising with drivers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch Tracking stock and shipments using warehouse management systems Managing delivery schedules and booking collections Resolving delivery issues and investigating stock discrepancies Supporting general warehouse operations when needed Maintaining accurate stock records and dispatch logs ✅ What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in dispatch, warehouse coordination, or logistics Good IT skills – confident with Excel, Outlook, and stock systems Strong organisational and communication abilities High attention to detail and a proactive attitude FLT or Bendi licence is a bonus but not essential 🎁 What’s in It for You: Competitive pay: £13.10 – £13.63 per hour Monday to Friday – no weekend work Friendly, team-focused work environment Temp-to-perm opportunity – long-term job security for the right candidate 📩 Ready to apply?
