Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for a flexible, part-time role with a fast-growing contractor? We’re working with a thriving construction, civils, and landscaping business in Andover that’s grown 500% in the past two years—and they’re just getting started. They’re now looking for a seasoned QS to support their existing commercial team on a portfolio of Tier 1 projects. This is an office-based role (2–3 days per week), with some scope for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the internal team and estimator to deliver commercial value across Tier 1 schemes
  • Preparing cost estimates, material take-offs, and project timelines
  • Negotiating contracts and schedules with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Providing advice on contractual and legal matters
  • Monitoring subcontractor performance, construction progress, cost variations, and safety compliance
  • Preparing labour and supplier accounts for payment
  • Producing clear, structured cost and progress reports for clients

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience working with Tier 1 contractors or major projects (essential)
  • Strong commercial acumen
