Pay rate: £32 per hour Sale, CMHT Team Senior Practitioner Social Worker Working Arrangements: Office Based We currently have an exciting vacancy for a social work senior practitioner within Trafford Older Adult Mental Health Services, part of Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust. Working in Trafford Older Adult CMHT you will join our Multi-Disciplinary Team alongside Consultant Psychiatrists, Clinical Psychologist, Community Mental Health Nurses, Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and STR workers. We are looking for an experienced social worker to provide social work leadership alongside other senior staff. In this role, you will promote the significant contribution that mental health social work makes to the delivery of mental health care.You will work closely with service users with serious and enduring mental illness, including dementia.
