As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between customers and the service department, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently and professionally.
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with expert advice and guidance on service options.
- Receive and manage customer service requests from initial contact through to completion.
- Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow in the service department.
- Update customers on the status of their vehicles and any recommended service work.
- Prepare and present estimates for service work, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any concerns, fostering a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with technicians and service team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service work performed in the dealership's system.
Skills & Experience Required:
