Site Manager – Fire Remedials, stopping and door installation required asap, for projects starting in June. This position is paying an annual salary of £80,000. Duties: Controlling labour Ordering materials Understanding scope of works and monitoring adherence to specification H&S monitoring Working on site and able to commute to main office Benefits: £80,000 per annum Holiday Pension Experience required: Carpentry bias with sound knowledge of Fire door installs and Fire Stopping remedial works Hold a CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos awareness Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks PC literate with Microsoft Project experience Please bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
