Property Damage Lawyer – Tier 1 ranked Legal 500 Firm

Due to growth, our client’s is seeking a talented Lawyer to join a top-ranked Property Damage team within a leading insurance law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to handle high-value property damage claims, policy coverage disputes, product liability, fraud cases, and subrogated recovery cases for major UK insurers.

You’ll engage in advocacy, mediations, and trials, while supporting substantial commercial insurance litigation across various issues like fires, water damage, and construction failures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on large-scale, complex claims, from policy coverage disputes to significant loss
• Support Lawyers with litigation, strategy, and client advisory work.
• Draft legal advice, conduct document reviews, and prepare instructions to counsel.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to insurer clients, contributing to client development.
• Participate in client meetings and strategy sessions.

The Candidate

• Lawyer with property damage / policy coverage / product liability experience
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Professional and effective communication with team members and clients
