Repairing and maintaining building blocks measuring out build areas in all weathers and at height.

Take down and rebuild new block walls and undertake full bricklaying.

Identify & rectify defects, cut out brickwork and clean out cavity.

Prepare and lay concrete footings and relay concrete paths.

Drill and inject for liquid damp proof courses and renew bituminous damp proof courses.

Able to multi task as trade disciplines is required by routinely safety checking the site and equipment.

Using spirit levels and plumb lines to check building alignment using hand tools, power tools and brick-cutting.

Work from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, sketches.

Operate all machinery and equipment in a safe and correct manner

Ensure properties are left in a clean and safe manner on completion of works.

To record and document work activities accurately & daily.
Range: £33000 to £39000 per year, depending on experience. Working 38 hours a week.
Working: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
