This is a multiple award winning Architects and Interior Design consultancy based in contemporary office space in the heart of Leeds city centre. This progressive consultancy specialises in high rise developments from BTR (Build to Rent), Student Accommodation and commercial schemes in Yorkshire, the North West and Midlands with project values to £70M. With a current head count of 18, they are looking to expand this talented team with a very strong pipeline of future projects.
About the Role:
The current requirement is for a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant heading towards qualifying as an Architect this year with a desire to be part of a thriving and energetic business, you should have:
- Must have completed your Part 2 and be almost ready to become fully qualified.
- Project experience across all RIBA work stages.
- Experience preferably in the high rise Residential, Commercial, Hotel sectors but not essential.
- Must have excellent working knowledge of Revit.
- Excellent 3D Visualisation ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
