If so, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for a Tenancy Services Manager to lead and transform our Tenancy Services team. This is a pivotal role within our Housing Management service, where you’ll take the helm of tenancy and estate management, anti-social behaviour response, and specialist housing support.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead a team of dedicated officers delivering tenancy, estate, and sustainment services across the district.
  • Be the strategic lead for tackling anti-social behaviour, working in close partnership with our Community Safety Team.
  • Drive policy innovation, service transformation and continuous improvement projects.
  • Champion safeguarding across Housing Operations and lead on high-level case monitoring.
  • Oversee compliance with consumer standards and regulatory frameworks, ensuring tenants’ voices shape how services are delivered.
  • Build strong partnerships to create healthier, safer, and more inclusive communities.
About you:

You’re a confident, solutions-focused housing professional with:

  • Significant experience in social housing or landlord services at a management level.
  • A strong grasp of tenancy management law, consumer standards, and anti-social behaviour frameworks.
  • Proven success in leading teams, improving services, and managing budgets.
  • A passion for improving tenants’ lives and a commitment to collaborative, resident-focused working.
  • A degree in housing or equivalent relevant qualification.
