LAW Absolute is recruiting on behalf of an organisation which provides procurement and supply chain management services to various healthcare institutions in London. They are seeking a Head of Legal to work in a purely practising role, with no line management responsibility.
This is a full-time and permanent role.
Your role will involve advising colleagues and external stakeholders on legal matters encompassing public procurement, commercial contracts and regulation, claims investigations and dispute resolution, policy, procedure and legislation.
To apply you will:
- Be a UK-qualified solicitor, barrister, or chartered legal executive, with at least 5 years’ PQE in the UK.
- Have extensive knowledge of, and experience advising on the Procurement Act 2023.
- Be able to commute to Central London on a hybrid basis.
The salary for this role is £70,000 – £80,000 per annum and comes with various benefits including a good pension scheme and generous annual leave allowance.
