As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring clients' orders are processed correctly and delivered safely. An established team is looking for further support!
Location: Bracknell, Office Based
Estimated Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum
Type: Permanent, Full-time, 9:30 - 18:30, Monday to Friday
Main Duties for Sales Administrator role:
- Processing of product orders including raising of purchase orders
- Answering and distributing incoming client calls
- Liaising with clients surrounding their quotes and confirmed orders
- Accurate data input into CRM order processing system
- Assisting with internal sales projects
Skills & Experience for Sales Administrator role:
- Experience using an order management system
- Excellent customer relationship building abilities and understanding
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Computer literate (MS Office)
