We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our expanding team, working across the HP postcode area. We are looking for a dedicated professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day gas repairs and maintenance
- Conduct fault-finding and diagnostics
- Complete annual servicing visits
- Meet first-time fix targets
- Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship
- Ensure a customer-first approach in all interactions
- Attend scheduled jobs punctually and communicate any delays to the contact centre and customer
What Weβre Looking For
- Valid ACS qualifications and other relevant gas certifications
- Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points)
- Experience in the social housing sector (preferred but not essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work with a diverse customer base
