If yes, you could be the person we’re looking for. As a Subsidence Contracts Manager , you’ll deal with a wide range of projects, each with their own challenges. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be expected to negotiate cash settlements, liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other parties involved in the claim, and prepare reports and documentation.
