Pay rate: £30,672 – £31,294 per annum (based on 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.00 – £12.30 per hour). Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate. Hours: 173 hours per month – the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas given in advance. What we are looking for: Our homes offer crisis intervention and trauma informed therapeutic care.
