Job Overview:
We’re looking for a Trade Counter Sales Advisor to join our site in Nottingham and be the face of our business to local tradespeople, contractors, and walk-in customers. You’ll handle everything from serving at the counter to supporting business development by re-engaging with accounts and contributing to the site’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
·Serving trade and cash customers on the counter
·Providing advice, building quotes, and managing trade accounts
·Offering technical product knowledge and solutions
·Keeping the shop floor and stock areas organised and well supplied
·Engage with management on stock selection, displays, and pricing
·Supporting customer deliveries including picking and packing
·Creating strong relationships with regular customers
·Supporting business development efforts by identifying and re-engaging lower-spend accounts
