We are excited to announce the opening of our brand-new office in Newport town centre and are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction division. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual with proven success in temporary and/or permanent construction recruitment. You will be instrumental in building our presence in South Wales, with full autonomy to manage your own desk, develop new business and nurture long-term client and candidate relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold and warm calling, client meetings, networking, and marketing strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates in line with client requirements, managing the process from initial contact to post-placement follow-up.
  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure full compliance with internal processes and industry legislation. Accurately maintain records using our CRM system (Profile).
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the business, contributing to branch performance and supporting junior team members when required.

About You

  • Previous experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally within the construction sector.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial and performance targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach, with a passion for recruitment.
