About the Role

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the Reach ATS brand, crafting campaigns that capture the attention of HR leaders and recruiters. You’ll have the autonomy to shape our marketing strategy and execute high-impact initiatives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work independently, collaborating with external partners and internal colleagues at Instinctive Technologies to deliver big results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans to boost Reach ATS brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer acquisition in the B2B SaaS space.
  • Manage Digital Campaigns: Oversee PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to engage HR professionals and decision-makers.
  • Oversee SEO Partnership: Collaborate with our external SEO specialist company to ensure the Reach ATS website and content maximise visibility and performance.
  • Create Compelling Content: Produce blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content that showcase Reach ATS’s value and position it as a thought leader in recruitment tech.
  • Drive Data-Driven Results: Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, optimise strategies, and report KPIs to leadership.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, sales, and design colleagues at Instinctive Technologies to align marketing with business goals and maintain a consistent Reach ATS brand voice.
  • Innovate and Experiment: Explore new channels and partnerships, such as industry events and webinars, to expand Reach ATS’s reach in the recruitment tech market.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years in a marketing management role, ideally in tech, SaaS, or HR/recruitment industries.
  • Digital Expertise: Strong knowledge of PPC, email marketing, social media, and analytics tools.
  • Supplier Management: Experience working with external agencies or partners to deliver results.
  • Creative Flair: A knack for crafting compelling content and campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences.
  • Analytical Mind: Ability to leverage data to optimise campaigns and demonstrate measurable ROI.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate ideas clearly.
  • Adaptability: Comfort managing multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Education: Degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
