We are searching for an Interim Head of Service & Operations who will play a pivotal role in managing IT operations and guiding our client through a period of significant change.
Responsibilities
- Hold the MSP accountable for meeting contractual targets and Service Level Agreements.
- Monitor and drive improvements in service delivery to maintain high standards of performance.
- Act as a key sponsor and lead for the RFP process for the IT services contract, collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate suppliers.
- Provide strategic guidance to support the decision-making process regarding whether to retain the incumbent provider or select a new supplier.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on service objectives and RFP milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT service delivery and contractual transitions.
- Previously managed outsourced IT providers and have selected new ones.
