The Company

We are a family-run Fit Out, Joinery, and M&E company with over 50 years of experience, delivering high-quality projects for prestigious clients such as Harrods, Qatar Airways, BA, and Wagamama. We specialise in UK airport fit outs, including Heathrow.

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing and Bid Manager to take charge of our full bid process—leading the development, coordination, and submission of compliant, commercially sound proposals that win business. Supporting this, you’ll also plan and deliver marketing activities to raise our profile and generate leads.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end bid process, managing internal teams, timelines, and ensuring high-quality, compliant submissions.
  • Prepare, review, and refine bid responses, presentations, and client materials for clarity and impact.
  • Maintain bid documentation, PQQs, and post-bid analysis to improve future success rates.
  • Manage key industry accreditations such as Safe Contractor and CHAS, coordinating renewals and compliance.
  • Support marketing efforts by developing campaigns, managing the website, CRM, and marketing collateral to generate leads.
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities via competitor analysis and tender portals.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong expertise in bid management and coordinating complex proposals.
  • Experience in marketing campaigns and lead generation is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
  • Construction sector experience preferred.
