The role

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Executive with strong design skills to join our dynamic, hands-on Marketing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing our brand to life across a variety of channels. You will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing campaigns, producing high-quality visual assets, and ensuring our brand messaging is engaging, consistent, and effective. This is an office-based role requiring close day-to-day interaction with other departments, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

The role will include:

  • Collaboration with the wider marketing team to plan and produce powerful campaigns
  • Producing and updating digital and print artwork for a range of collateral including social media, packaging, POS, ads, and email templates
  • Creating and updating product literature, i.e. guides, datasheets, fitting instructions
  • Working with external agencies, such as printers and web developers, as required
  • Customer merchandising support and POS fulfilment
  • Designing and updating product packaging in line with brand guidelines
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency across all external and internal communications
  • Working on new photography and retouching images on Photoshop
  • Website updates i.e. uploading new product images, creating latest news content
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support campaign development and positioning
  • Helping to organise attendance at various exhibitions and stand design and logistics
  • General marketing tasks including uploading to customer intranets, sending out marketing materials, updating customer mailing lists and price files etc.

Essential requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in design / marketing
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
  • Proven experience in graphic design (portfolio required)
  • Understanding of artwork, print, production and finishes
  • Strong eye for detail and a creative flair
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (social, email, web, paid media)
