Ridgeway and co are partnering with a leading Groundworks contractor in their search for a Site Manager located in West Wickham paying up to 250 per day. All candidates must be able to read drawings,
and have experience in Drainage and Section 278 works.
Your daily responsibilities will include ensuring the project stays on schedule and within the program, attending and leading meetings with specialist subcontractors, and reporting progress to senior management.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring health and safety regulations are consistently followed and will handle other project packages as the work advances.
Requirements include:
- Experience managing Groundworks projects.
- Minimum of 5 years’ involvement in Groundwork projects.
- Strong communication skills.
- Hands-on approach to project management.
- Excellent organisational and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
