We're working with a client who is seeking a trade marketing manager. This role is in the WEST MIDLANDS and you need to be able to travel there and work onsite at least 2 days a week. You will be reporting into the Marketing Director and will have a range of responsibilities including:
- Own the trade marketing strategy across all retail partners.
- Develop and implement impactful in-store activations, point-of-sale materials, and promotions that boost visibility and sell-through.
- Manage the trade marketing calendar and budget.
- Coordinate with creative and production teams to deliver best-in-class assets for print, digital, and experiential touchpoints.
- Monitor competitor activity and shopper trends to inform tactics and adjust strategies in real-time.
- Regularly report on performance, learnings, and opportunities to stakeholders.
To be successful you will come with the following:
- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, or brand activation, ideally within FMCG or retail.
- Strong understanding of the convenience retail landscape and how to drive sell-through at shelf.
- A blend of creative thinking and commercial acumen.
