Head of Wealth Product Strategy

As part of continued business expansion, we have recently been mandated on a Head of Wealth Product Strategy position at a leading global asset manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate to lead strategic initiatives and drive future growth in a business with strong Financial Planning and Investment Management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Distribution to establish the overarching propositions strategy to drive growth and deliver on customer needs.
• Lead the research, analysis, and implementation of new products, services, and solutions that align with client needs and market opportunities.
• Define pricing and produce business cases to be presented to senior management.
• In line with Consumer Duty, rationalise existing products and propositions within the firm to ensure the value, suitability and longevity of the firm’s suite.
• Oversee sales, marketing and other distribution teams across multiple channels to ensure all marketing collateral, communications and client outreach is clear and consistent.

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant industry experience working in Investment Management Product lifecycles and proven understanding of financial planning for wealth clients.
• Proven ability to lead teams to drive business success.
• Strong preference for candidates with investment management and/or advice qualifications as well as front office experience.
