Your new company A leading professional services organisation based in Birmingham City Centre is currently recruiting for a Senior Credit Controller on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for your own ledger, maximising the collection of debt and you will report to the Credit Control manager. The role is hybrid working, permanent and paying £30,000- £32,000 depending on experience. Your new role Has complete sales ledger responsibility, including cash collection and sales ledger integrity Debt management and collection of customer accounts Chasing outstanding debts by telephone and email. Proactively resolving and monitoring any queries raised. Analysing, monitoring and reducing 90+ debt. Achievement of agreed collection targets Monitor cash allocation and propose corrective action on un-allocated accounts where needed What you’ll need to succeed Minimum of two years’ experience in a Credit Control and be proficient in debt and revenue management systems. Proven track record of achieving KPI’s Must be able to demonstrate a high standard of communications skills, with the ability to identify the optimum communication channel. Strong Excel skills. What you’ll get in return 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office per week)
