Linsco are looking for an experienced Site Manager in Boston, Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background on hospital projects, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be based on site 75% of the time using a tablet to log stages of the build across 4 different platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth project delivery.
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safeguarding protocols.
