A leading Food Manufacturer based in Manchester is seeking 2 high performing Production professionals to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The site is embarking on a large scale project and investment, with growth projected to continue for the next 5 years.
This role will operate on a rotating 3 shift pattern of Earlies, Afternoons & Nights changing every two weeks.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in Food Manufacturing is essential.
- People management experience within Production or Operations is a must have.
- Knowledge of driving & implementing a C.I/Lean culture is desirable but not essential.
