This role may suit a recent graduate who is seeking some admin experience, or an experienced pensions administrator or a candidate with good admin skills and an eye for detail. You will be providing Lead Support on Scams Identification administration within a growing team.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nMaking calls to clients using a script to identify any scam issues\\nProducing/Auditing reports for client teams/Trustees\\nDealing confidently with members by phone, email or letter \\nEnsuring that member cases are dealt with in accordance with strict deadlines\\nOverseeing production of monthly billing information \\nCollation of data for Management Information (MI) and production of MI reports\\nReviewing and updating of Processes in line with industry changes \\nImplementation of new Clients \\nLiaison with Customers, Clients, Scheme Actuary, Consultants, Providers and third partiesThe Person\\n\\nExperience in admin or pensions administration is essential\\nBe able to demonstrate ownership, responsibility and accountability for self \\nBe able to develop and implement own processes to manage high volumes of work \\nBe able to work on own initiative\\nHave the ability to work in a team towards company objectives > Have experience of working with MS Office products, such as Outlook, Excel, Word
