The Role As a Senior Product Developer , you will lead the creation and development of advanced tactical clothing and equipment, focusing on hands-on execution and practical problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Product Design & Development Independently lead the design and development of tactical clothing and equipment. Craft and refine prototypes that balance functionality, durability, and aesthetic appeal. Innovate designs based on direct market feedback and customer requirements. Oversee product testing and validation, focusing on performance under real-world conditions. Material Sourcing & Fabric Testing Source cutting-edge materials and fabrics for tactical applications.
