We're partnering with a leading technology consultancy that specialises in delivering CRM and digital transformation solutions to Not-for-Profit organisations. They are on the lookout for a driven, tech-savvy Sales Account Executive to help identify new opportunities and grow existing client relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who understands the nuances of CRM technology and has a passion for supporting mission-led organisations across the UK and globally.

The Role

As Sales Account Executive, you'll be central to the company's growth, working across new business development and account management. You'll help deliver tailored CRM solutions and consultancy to charities, associations, and educational bodies, working closely with an experienced, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and convert new sales opportunities within the Not-for-Profit space
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations (virtually and in-person)
  • Respond to RFPs/tenders and guide prospects through the sales process
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Represent the company at exhibitions and sector events
  • Support marketing activities including social media, newsletters, and blogs

About You

Essential:

  • B2B sales experience, ideally in an IT or tech consultancy environment
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, iMIS or similar)
  • Experience working with or within Not-for-Profit organisations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation ability
  • Confident delivering live CRM demonstrations
  • Target-driven and highly organised

Desirable:

  • Experience responding to public sector tenders or RFPs
  • Background in digital transformation or systems integration
