I am seeking a confident and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to work closely with the friendly and supportive team, including the Clinical Lead and Unit Managers, in the delivery of the quality care they are known for. About You

To join us as a Care Home Deputy Manager, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RN/RMN) with current NMC registration and experience within an elderly care home setting. Experience in helping residents with different health needs is important, as is a successful track record of managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. Some understanding of HR, sales and marketing, budget management, and a track record of supporting newly qualified nurses through preceptorship are also essential. Finally, you will be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver quality care in our engaging and energetic environment.

As well as a competitive salary, my client offers excellent benefits and real career, learning, and development progression in this growing group.
