ACCOUNTS PROFESSIONAL REQUIRED – AUTOMOTIVE SECTOR – BASED NEAR POOLE – OFFICE BASED – UP TO £32,000 + BENEFITS Carlton Young specialise in the recruitment of Accountancy, Finance & HR professionals. Set up utilising the skills of a highly experienced recruiter and a fully qualified chartered accountant, we have the recruitment skills and industry know-how to be able to bring applicants and businesses together, helping business thrive and improving lives. We are working with an established company in the Automotive sector with 12 venues located around the South of England. Based out of their Head Office, we are looking for someone to join their Accounts Team, providing Management Accountant support to the business. The role will include: * Reviewing and reporting on month-end accounts * Develop information to provide detailed performance analysis * Year-end accounts preparations * Profit & Loss account information * VAT returns and submissions * Providing specific reports to senior management and third-party partners The company have a well-established team with approximately 8 people in their Accounts team, it is an open-plan working environment with the Head Office based near Tower Park in Poole, they are keen to find someone who: * Has excellent attention to detail and records information accurately * Can use various systems, with good experience with Excel and other Microsoft packages * Has progressed with professional qualifications, ideally CIMA * Is up to date with current financial regulations and reporting rules * Exposure to the Automotive sector would be beneficial but not essential * Can work on their own initiative but also be part of a larger team This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 5.00. You need to be able to commute to the office, which does have public transport links.
