Head of Engineering Location: Abercynon (100% office based) Salary: Competitive + benefits We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to join a leading international manufacturing organisation at their Abercynon site. Reporting to the Site Director, you will lead the engineering function driving product innovation, team performance, and continuous improvement. The Role This is a senior-level opportunity to oversee the full lifecycle of product development—from concept to production—while managing a high-performing engineering team. You’ll be responsible for shaping technology roadmaps, improving processes, and collaborating closely with sales and business teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with strategic goals.
